Marina Popova has extensive experience in project management and development within the construction and property sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Capital Group since August 2020, Marina has contributed to the Badaevskiy Project and previously held the role of Deputy Project Manager for both the Badaevskiy and Moscow-City 2 Projects. Prior roles include Deputy Director of Development at Prime Property Group Cyprus, Deputy Director of Residential Projects at Skolkovo Foundation, and Head of the Tender and Contract Department at ООО «АЙКОН-Девелопмент». Marina's earlier experience encompasses positions such as Head of Cost-control & Contract Department at ООО "ВЭБ Управление проектами" and Cost Manager / Projects Coordinator at Atrium European Real Estate Ltd., where key projects included Pushkino Mall and OBI DIY Store. Educational credentials include studies at Moscow State University of Civil Engineering and Kharkiv University of Humanities “People’s Ukrainian Academy”.
