Danielle Yance

Danielle Yance is an experienced Assistant General Counsel with a background in commercial real estate law. Danielle has managed acquisitions, dispositions, and due diligence for commercial real estate clients. Danielle has also worked in contract negotiations and risk management roles, preparing and reviewing lease agreements and contracts for various clients. Danielle holds a Juris Doctor degree from Birmingham School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Auburn University.
