Mathias Hemberger

Mathias Hemberger is a Consulting Partner at Expense Reduction Analysts - North America, focusing on cost and expense management for various sectors since July 2022. Simultaneously, Mathias serves on the Board of Trustees for Capital Harmony Works, promoting musical education for youth in the Trenton, NJ area. Previously, Mathias held the position of VP Commercial Transformation Perfumery at Firmenich, driving digital customer engagement and sales strategies from June 2020 to December 2021. Prior to that, Mathias was President of Agilex Fragrances, overseeing all organizational functions and managing P&L responsibilities. Mathias's extensive career at Firmenich spanned from 1995 to 2018, culminating in roles such as VP Global Account and General Manager for Western Europe.
