Murad Awad

Murad Awad, RN, MQM, CPHQ, CPPS, is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality management and patient safety. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Patient Safety and Risk at Capital Health since December 2019, Murad has previously held leadership roles in organizations such as Royal Health Group AE and NMC ProVita International Medical Center, focusing on quality accreditation, excellence, and risk management. With a strong background in conducting JCI mock surveys and leading performance improvement initiatives, Murad has demonstrated expertise in enhancing healthcare quality. Murad holds a PhD in Health Care Administration from The British University in Dubai, a Master's in Quality Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, and a Bachelor's in Nursing from the University of Jordan, complemented by an Advanced Diploma in Healthcare Quality Management.
