Nathan Pledger is an experienced lead full stack developer at Capital International Group, with a history of diverse roles in software development and leadership. Currently serving as an Assistant Scout Leader for The Scouts, Nathan has also held the position of Director at Pobble, focusing on promoting the Manx Gaelic language through social media and marketing. With extensive experience as an owner of Program.X Software, Nathan develops personal projects while enhancing technical skills.
