Markella Kara

Markella Kara has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Markella is currently the VP of Investor Relations at Capital Link, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, Markella worked at Capital Link as a Strategic Advisory/ IR Manager starting in January 2019. Markella also has managerial experience as the Managing Director of M&Spark Ltd from July 2012 to December 2019. Before that, Markella worked as a PR Manager at deVere Group from April 2010 to June 2012 and as an Investor Relations Manager at Sector Investments Managers Limited from November 2007 to April 2010. Markella'scareer began at Nationwide Building Society, where they served as a Customer Service Manager/ Deputy Branch Manager from February 2004 to November 2007.

Markella Kara completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Brunel University London from 2000 to 2003. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Westminster between 2003 and 2005. Continuing their educational journey, they obtained another Master's degree in Wealth Management from Georgia State University in the year 2014.
