Nicolas Bornozis

President & CEO at Capital Link

Nicolas Bornozis has extensive work experience in the field of investor relations, strategic advisory, and finance. In 1996, they founded Capital Link, Inc., an international investor relations and strategic advisory group, where they currently serve as the President and CEO. Through this company, they assist listed companies and capital markets organizations in developing and maintaining access to North American and European investors and financiers.

In addition to Capital Link, Nicolas also established Alexander Capital, L.P. in 1995, a US broker-dealer firm that focused on developing brokerage and investment banking business with Greek, Egyptian, and Russian markets in North America. This company was later sold in 2003.

Between 1998 and 2002, Nicolas established and managed Alexander Asset Management, Inc., which handled portfolios invested in the Greek and European equity markets.

Prior to their current positions, Nicolas served as the President and CEO of CCF International Finance Corp. (CCF IFC) from 1988 to 1995. CCF IFC was the US broker/dealer subsidiary of Credit Commercial de France (now part of HSBC), and under Nicolas' leadership, it functioned as a consortium of European brokerage firms promoting European equities and fixed income securities to US investors.

Before embarking on their entrepreneurial ventures, Nicolas worked as a Vice President at Credit Commercial de France - CCF - New York Branch from 1985 to 1987 and as a Relationship Manager at Bankers Trust Company from 1982 to 1984.

Additionally, Nicolas has a strong academic background and served as a Visiting Lecturer on International Banking and Finance at the City University Business School (now Bayes Business School) in London from 1984 to 1995. Nicolas has also held various advisory and board positions, including Chairman of the Investment Management Committee of the Harvard Business School Club in New York and membership on the Advisory Board of Atlantic Bank in New York. Currently, they serve on the Board of New York Maritime (NYMAR), a maritime industry advocacy organization.

Nicolas Bornozis began their education at Athens College, where they attended from 1967 to 1974. Nicolas then pursued a Law Degree specializing in Commercial and Corporate Law at the Law School of the University of Athens from 1974 to 1979. Their education continued at Harvard Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, completing their studies from 1980 to 1982.
