Praveen Nair

Praveen Nair is an Integrated Marketing Specialist at Capital Group. Praveen has also worked as a Sr. Consultant at Pulsar Knowledge Centre, where they were involved in transaction advisory as well as business consulting assignments. As part of the Transaction Advisory team, their role involved providing largely sell side transaction support to India based companies seeking investments from PE Funds, Investment Houses and other strategic investors. In business advisory, apart from buy-side evaluations and financial modelling, they also worked with a GCC based conglomerate, assisting them in setting up a US$1 Billion Private Equity Fund focused on investing in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

Before that, they were Managing Partner at Sabari Equipment Co. Pvt. Ltd., where they turned an unprofitable enterprise into a profitable one in 12 months. Praveen's responsibilities included business development and marketing - effectively repositioning the company as a high-end engineering and consulting firm. Praveen actively marketed their services to existing and new clients and introduced new products.

Praveen Nair has a B.E in Mechanical from VJTI, Mumbai and an MMS in Management - Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS). Praveen attended Father Agnel Multipurpose School.

Praveen Nair reports to Santosh Smith, Director. They are on a team with Ankit Purohit - Head West, Apurva Thakkar - Head of Planning, and Amol Koyande - Creative Head.
