KP Power

KP Power has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. They began their career as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Sound Advice Consulting Services, specializing in open source technologies and Agile methodologies. They then joined the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority as a Project Coordinator II/Operations Analyst, supporting the transition to PeopleSoft 9. They also worked as a Laboratory Group Tech Leader at HANSJORG WYSS INSTITUTE FOR BIOLOGICALLY INSPIRED ENGINEERING. At Boston University, KP Power served as a Senior Lab Technologist, handling Covid-19 testing using automated liquid handling robots. They later joined Power Associates as a Product Owner/Founder, working on start-up projects and supporting women's technology and tech-entrepreneurship. KP Power also gained experience as a Technology Consultant at Power Associates Group, focusing on recruiting and technical support in various locations. Additionally, they worked at Artisan's Asylum and Cambridge Hackspace, gaining experience in 3D printing, drone quadcopters, and wearable technology.
