Erika Foster

Erika Foster, MBA, serves as the Project and Planning Manager for Demand Response & Innovative Mobility at CapMetro since May 2019, overseeing project management and staff within the department. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Program/Project Manager II at CapMetro, focusing on complex transit and transportation projects, and a contract position as Project Manager at Austin Energy, managing Advanced Meter Infrastructure projects. From August 2000 to October 2017, Erika held various roles at LCRA, including Project Manager II, where responsibilities included managing telecommunications and construction projects. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Project Management from Capella University and a BBA from St. Edward's University.
