Allison Bonlander

Allison Bonlander is an experienced human resources and communications professional, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Capital One since April 2010. Initially joining as Senior Director of Internal Communications, Allison was promoted due to exceptional performance and later took on a senior human resources director role, overseeing a team focused on organizational design and change management for a division of approximately 5,000 employees.
