Anuragini Raghuvanshi

Anuragini Raghuvanshi serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Capital One, overseeing the HR Division in India since August 2021. Responsibilities encompass defining and implementing the people strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and change management. Prior experience includes roles at Deutsche Bank where Anuragini worked as a Regional HR Business Partner and held various HR advisory positions, managing employee lifecycle activities and driving HR programs across the Americas. Anuragini also worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant in HR, contributing to projects in organization structuring and performance management, and completed a summer internship at ITC Limited. Anuragini holds a Master’s degree in HRM & LR from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and is currently pursuing Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
