Brandon Schassberger

Brandon Schassberger is currently engaged in People & Outreach at Royal Caribbean Group since April 2024. Prior to this, Brandon served as Senior Vice President of Business Transformation at Mastercard from April 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included developing HR transformation strategies, enhancing governance practices, implementing agile program management, and redesigning talent acquisition processes. Earlier roles include Executive Director positions at UBS, where Brandon oversaw significant technology programs and HR initiatives; Vice President at Barclays, managing a substantial technology portfolio; and various roles at BNY Mellon, Morgan Stanley, and IBM, focused on finance and accounting. Brandon holds a Master’s degree in Economics from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tennessee System.
