Brittany Cote

Brittany Cote is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer success and marketing. Currently serving as a Customer Success Team Leader for Capital One's Business Cards & Payments and holding the position of Vice President in both Client Success for Commercial Card and Commercial Payment Solutions | Sales, Brittany has demonstrated expertise in client relations and solutions management since joining Capital One in May 2018. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Hibu, where Brittany worked with small to medium-sized businesses on lead generation and internet marketing strategies. Additionally, Brittany has a strong foundation in the arts, having worked as a Dance Teacher and Public Relations and Media Arts Associate at Allegro School of Dance and Music, as well as serving as Adjunct Faculty at Rochester Community and Technical College. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication-Public Relations and Dance from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
