Deborah Elias

Deborah Elias has extensive experience in the finance and real estate sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Card Partnerships at Capital One. Previously, Deborah worked as a Sales Associate at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors, and held several key positions at American Express, including Account Development Manager for Global Commercial Card, Senior Manager for Merchant Services, and Director of Global Agency Relations within Global Advertising & Brand Management. Deborah also contributed to the General Counsel's Office as Chief of Staff to the Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer and held various director roles in Global Corporate Services focusing on business development and strategic operations. Deborah holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Montclair State University.
