Deidre Kolarick

Deidre Kolarick is a seasoned design and user experience professional with extensive experience across various prestigious organizations. Currently, Kolarick serves as the MVP and Head of Design for US Card and Small Business at Capital One. Previously, Kolarick held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of User Experience for the Institutional Client Group at Citi. Additional accomplishments include the role of Director of User Experience for Ads Sellside at Google and various leadership positions at AnswerLab, including Managing Director, VP of User Experience, and Director of UX Research. Kolarick also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor in the MA program at New York University.
