Eduardo Arzate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and cloud engineering. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Product Manager in Developer Experience at Capital One, Eduardo previously worked as a Cloud DevOps Engineer at ConocoPhillips, where significant contributions included developing self-service cloud offerings and implementing CI/CD practices. Eduardo also excelled as a Product Manager for Google Apigee, leading global teams in API management and achieving substantial efficiency gains.
