Esther Cho

Esther Cho is an experienced professional with a strong background in risk management and data analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Risk at Capital One since June 2014, Esther leads a team focused on process automation, visualization, and machine learning to enhance risk management processes within the Commercial Lending division. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Lead Informatics Analyst at ActiveHealth Management, where complex statistical analyses of healthcare data were conducted, and as an Actuarial Analyst at both Coventry Health Care and Humana, where expertise in SAS and SQL was utilized to support data reporting and analysis. Esther holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from The Ohio State University.
