Gagan Narang

Gagan Narang is an experienced leader in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning for Leadership, Team Effectiveness, and DEI at Capital One RB. Previous roles include Head of Learning and Development at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), Director of Organizational Development and Learning at Laureate International Universities, and Manager of Learning and Development at the University of Maryland University College. Gagan began a professional career as a Training Facilitator at CompuClub Training Centers. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Psychology and a Bachelor's in Education and Psychology, both from Delhi University.
