Ginger Shenouda

Ginger Shenouda is an experienced professional in data engineering and technical program management, currently serving as a Senior Manager for the Data Access Management program at Capital One since July 2016, overseeing the FGAC team. Prior to this role, Ginger held various positions at BAM Technologies, LLC from October 2009 to July 2016, including Scrum Master, Quality Assurance Test Manager, and Product Analyst, contributing to the transition from waterfall to Agile Scrum practices and managing quality assurance operations. Ginger's earlier experience includes serving as an Education Advisor/Counselor contractor for the United States Air Force from June 2004 to October 2009, providing education and financial aid advisement to military personnel. Ginger holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and degrees in Visual Arts Management and General Education from Seton Hill University and Westmoreland County Community College, respectively.
