Ian Rinestine

Ian Rinestine serves as the Director of Learning for Foundational Experiences & Career Mobility and the Director of Learning for Financial Services at Capital One since July 2019. With extensive experience in learning and development, Ian previously held leadership roles at Fossil Group, Inc., where responsibilities included creating a global learning and development strategy for over 600 retail locations and managing instructional design teams. Ian’s professional journey also encompasses positions at Atmos Energy, Blockbuster, Southwest Airlines, and Dell Services, exhibiting a strong background in instructional design and program management. Ian holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Technology in Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas.
