Jana Etheridge

Jana Etheridge serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff for the Financial Services Division at Capital One since October 2006, overseeing communications, government relations, community initiatives, governance, customer experience analytics, and division culture. Previously, Jana held several leadership positions within Capital One, establishing the Chief of Staff role in various divisions and transitioning through human resources and customer experience roles. Outside of Capital One, Jana co-owned Cafe Du Luxe, a coffee and wine bistro, and worked in multiple positions at Ameriprise Financial and Sabre Holdings, gaining expertise in advisor recruitment, business process redesign, and financial planning. Jana holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University and a BS in Accounting from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
