Laura Aldermeshian

Laura Aldermeshian has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Manager in Enterprise HR and previously holding multiple roles in Tech Talent Acquisition at Capital One since January 2019, including Principal Team Lead and Senior Recruiter. Prior to Capital One, Laura worked as a Senior Recruiter at Slalom from January 2016 to December 2018 and as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 2013 to December 2015. Laura Aldermeshian holds a Bachelor’s Degree from American University and has also studied at the University of Oxford, along with completing secondary education at Holmdel High School.
