Lindsay Wright

Lindsay Wright is an accomplished learning and development leader with extensive experience in designing and implementing impactful training programs across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development & Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Capital One since April 2023, Lindsay spearheads the strategy for learning programs in Canada, focusing on leadership development and inclusivity. Previously at Mejuri, Lindsay directed the learning and development strategy, establishing a high-performing team to facilitate rapid scaling solutions. Lindsay's earlier experience at Klick involved leading multiple learning initiatives and managing teams to enhance employee training, along with roles as a Facilitator at Nielsen and a Leadership and Communications Consultant at The Humphrey Group. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.
