Lucy Hutchinson

Lucy Hutchinson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in recruiting, strategy, and engagement. Currently serving as Vice President of Executive Recruiting & Onboarding at Capital One, Lucy has held several leadership roles including Senior Director of Strategy & Engagement and Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Credit Officer, as well as Director and Chief of Staff to the President of the Commercial Bank. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Associate in the Global Nonprofit, Philanthropy & Social Enterprise Practice at Korn/Ferry International and Director of Gubernatorial Appointments in the Office of Governor Tim Kaine for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from James Madison University.
