Maureen Jules-Perez

Maureen Jules-Perez is an accomplished technology leader serving as the Divisional CIO, People Tech, and Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) at Capital One. Holding previous roles such as Managing Vice President and Vice President of Technology at the same organization, Maureen has also made significant contributions as President and Interim President of the Board of Directors for Girls For A Change. As a Technology Consultant and Advisor, Maureen specializes in digital strategy, enterprise mobility, and digital workspace solutions. At Oath, Maureen led IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives and is an active Board Member and Advisor for the IAB Education Foundation. Maureen holds a Chief Information Officer (CIO) Certification and is pursuing a Master of Information Science (MIS) from The George Washington University.
