Meredith Barnes is a highly experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in executive recruiting and talent strategy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Executive Recruiting at Capital One, Meredith advises senior technology stakeholders on VP+ level talent needs and has achieved significant improvements in recruitment cycle times. Previously, Meredith held roles at Google as an Executive Recruiter, focusing on building diverse talent pipelines in tech, and at Heidrick & Struggles as Engagement Manager, providing strategic talent guidance to C-Suite and Board members. Earlier experience includes consulting positions at Optum and Babyscripts, as well as a prestigious Presidential Administrative Fellowship at The George Washington University, where Meredith earned both a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health.
