Nimesh Shah

Nimesh Shah is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and delivery management. Currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at Capital One since October 2008, Nimesh has been pivotal in transforming the Recoveries platform for the credit card business, generating a significant revenue impact through a modern cloud-based microservice architecture. Nimesh has also led the development of large-scale cloud-native applications and managed multiple technology teams focused on enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiencies. Prior professional experience includes senior development roles at Chrysler Financial and Ford Motor Company, with a foundational background as a Java Developer at New Millenium Software. Nimesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat University and completed secondary education at Naginadas Maganlal High School.
