Paramveer Singh Narang

Paramveer Singh Narang is the India Head of Talent Acquisition at Capital One since June 2022, leading recruitment efforts for the company's Datalabs innovation center. Previously, Paramveer served as the Head of Early Careers for Global Business Services across multiple regions at Standard Chartered Bank from October 2019 to June 2022, where global Technology and Operations hiring was a key focus. Prior to that, Paramveer held roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Head of Technology Recruitment for Asset & Wealth Management and Commercial Banking, at ANZ as Head of India Technology Recruitment, at Bank of America as Assistant Manager in the HR Staffing Function, at Fidelity Information Services in Executive Resourcing, and began with MAH India as an IT Consultant. Paramveer holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Bharati Vidyapeeth, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
