Pooja Jain

Pooja Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion. At Capital One, Pooja served as the Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Shared Services and was part of the Card Chief of Staff team from November 2021 to August 2022. Prior to this, Pooja was the Executive Vice President at Coqual, where expertise was applied as a thought leader and strategic advisor to Fortune 500 companies on workplace inclusion from April 2014 to October 2021. Pooja's earlier roles included serving as a Sustainability Consultant for Bigelow Tea, advising on social responsibility initiatives, and completing internships at B Lab and TerraCycle, focusing on social and environmental impact assessments and special projects, respectively. Pooja holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a Master of Environmental Management from Yale School of the Environment.
