Rachael Timinsky

Rachael Timinsky is a seasoned professional in talent and performance management, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Talent and Performance Management at Capital One since April 2013. Rachael has held several roles at Capital One, including Senior Director, HR Consultant, Director, HR Consultant, and Senior HR Consultant, as well as being involved in executive recruiting for the Commercial Bank. Prior to Capital One, Rachael Timinsky worked at Heidrick & Struggles from 2008 to April 2013, advancing from Senior Associate to Associate Principal. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Princeton University from 2000 to 2004.
