Rob H.

Rob H. is currently the Sr Director and Head of Consumer Data & Identity Design at Capital One, where they lead innovative design initiatives. Previously, they held various roles at Capital One, including UX/Design Director, and significantly contributed to the development of the enterprise Visual Design Language. Rob has also served as an Affiliate Faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University, mentoring students, and worked in design roles at MaxPitch Media and Hohner USA. They hold a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University and an Associate's degree in Web/IT design from ECPI University.
