Russ Danes

Russ Danes is an experienced manager with a strong background in quality assurance, operations, and project management, currently serving as the ATM Test Labs & QA Testing Manager at Capital One since April 2017. With prior roles at Capital One, including Vendor Escalation & Field Performance Manager and ATM Kiosk – HW/SW Deployment Manager, Russ has overseen the implementation of Agile practices, managed vendor relationships, and led large teams in deploying ATM hardware and software across extensive fleets. Previously, Russ held key positions at Diebold Nixdorf, where responsibilities included managing North American field implementation teams and ensuring client satisfaction through quality technical solutions. Additional experience includes customer service engineering roles at Xerox and avionics technician service in the United States Marine Corps. Russ holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration from Liberty University.
