Sanjiv Yajnik

Sanjiv Yajnik is the current President of Financial Services at Capital One. Sanjiv has also previously worked at Capital One, Circuit City, and PepsiCo. At Circuit City, they served as the General Manager and was responsible for leading an organization of District Managers, Human Resource Managers, and Loss Prevention Managers. Sanjiv was also responsible for establishing a new competitive pricing strategy and designing and delivering a robust information platform. At PepsiCo, they served as an international Market Manager for Taco Bell and was responsible for the general management of West Ontario and Upstate New York. Sanjiv was able to grow market share and dramatically improve operating profit in both markets through the optimization of existing businesses as well as aggressive expansion into new points of access.

Sanjiv Yajnik has a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University and an Executive Management Program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Sanjiv also has a Marine Engineering degree from Marine Engineering And Research Institute and is certified as a Chartered Engineer by The Institute of Engineers, India.
