Shadman Sakib

Shadman Sakib is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Head of Partnerships Experience Design at Capital One, where responsibilities include overseeing product design for partnership products and driving innovation in B2B tools and trade credit solutions. Previously, Shadman held roles such as Director of Product Design at Gecko Robotics, Inc., and Design Lead for Services Engineering UX at Oracle, contributing to significant projects across various sectors. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Press Ganey and streetsense, with early roles involving UX design at Creative Circle and independent contracting for Getty Images.
