Daniel Troutman

Daniel Troutman currently serves as the Owner's Representative at Capital Realty Group, Inc. and as the Construction Manager at CRG DEVELOPERS LLC, both positions held since July 2021. Prior to these roles, Daniel spent over seven years as a Senior Estimator at Weaver Cooke from January 2014 to June 2021 and worked as an Account Executive for Travelers from October 2006 to August 2011, specializing in contract surety underwriting and account management. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, obtained between 2011 and 2013, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kenyon College.
