Donna Millette

Donna Millette is an experienced professional in process analytics and operational performance, currently serving as the Director of Process Analytics at Concord Hospital since September 2011. Millette's role involves collaboration with organizational leaders to connect analytics with performance outcomes. Previously, Millette held the position of Director of Lean Operations at Concord Hospital, promoting Lean principles through teaching and coaching. Prior to this, Millette was a Performance Improvement Project Manager at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, leading cross-functional teams to enhance patient-centered care using Lean Six Sigma strategies. Early career experiences include serving as a Senior Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer at Collins & Aikman and Textron Automotive Company, focusing on product design and production and contributing to various certification initiatives. Millette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
