Heather Grant

Heather Grant has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as CHMG Call Center Manager and Practice Manager for CH Otolaryngology at Concord Hospital Health System since January 2019. Prior roles include Director of Government and Self-Pay Collections at American Renal Associates and IT Analyst/Practice Manager II at Elliot Hospital. Heather also held various management positions in office operations and central scheduling at Steward Health Care and clinical roles as a Radiologic Technologist. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Mathematics from Southern New Hampshire University, a Master of Business Administration from New England College, and a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration from New England College. Additionally, Heather holds an Associate degree in Radiology from NHTI, Concord's Community College.
