Charlotte Katzenmoyer has a strong background in public works and engineering. Charlotte is currently the CEO of Capital Region Water since March 2019. Prior to this role, they were self-employed and actively seeking new opportunities. From May 2001 to November 2018, they served as the Director of Public Works for the City of Lancaster. Before that, they were the Acting Director of Public Works for the City of Reading from May 1999 to May 2001. Charlotte also worked as a Project Manager for F. X. Browne, Inc. from June 1991 to May 1999. Charlotte attended the University of Akron and Lehigh University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, respectively.
Charlotte Katzenmoyer pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron, attending from 1980 to 1985. Following this, they went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Civil Engineering/Environmental from Lehigh University, studying from 1989 to 1991.
