Matt Ducay has a strong background in manufacturing and operations. Matt began their career at Ecolab in 2004, where they held various positions including Manufacturing Planner, Production Supervisor, Quality Supervisor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Production Manager. In 2013, they transitioned to Capital Resin Corporation as the Director of Operations.
Matt Ducay completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University between 2000 and 2004. Matt is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Youngstown State University, which they are expected to complete between 2022 and 2024.
