Marsha Perry

Marsha Perry, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on benefits and compensation. Currently, they serve as the Head of Benefits and Compensation at Capital Rx. Prior to their current role, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at The Kendal Corporation from 2017 to 2023. Marsha also worked as a Manager of Benefits and Compensation at FARO Technologies from 2014 to 2017, where they successfully managed a project in global HRIS implementation. Before that, they served as a Senior Manager of Benefits at Constar International from 2012 to 2014, and as an HR Benefits and Staffing Manager at Glenmede from 2010 to 2012. Marsha has also held roles as a Benefits Manager at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP and The Philadelphia Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Prior to these positions, they gained experience as an Associate Manager of Benefits & HRIS at Bracco Diagnostics, Inc. and as a Benefits Administrator at Nelson Professional Sales. Marsha Perry, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2006. Marsha had previously attended Seton Hall University from 1989 to 1991. Marsha later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix. In addition to their academic achievements, Marsha has obtained several certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 2014 and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification in 2015. Marsha also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, obtained in 2010. Marsha recently acquired the California Law HR Specialty certification from SHRM in 2021.
