Nicholas Rio

Nicholas Rio is a dedicated community manager with extensive experience in property management and customer service. Currently serving as Community Manager at Capital Square Living since March 2023, Nicholas previously held various roles at BH, including Assistant Community Manager and Leasing Agent. Prior to this, Nicholas gained significant leadership experience at CarMax as a Sales Manager and Floor Sales Consultant, earning recognition in the President's Club, and developed customer service skills at Tesla as a Customer Experience Specialist. Additional managerial experience includes leadership positions at Carousel Beach Inn and The Inns of Sanibel, with a focus on guest satisfaction. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Events Management from George Mason University.
