Jerad Nielsen

Jerad Nielsen is an asset manager with Capital Square, where he oversees a portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties. Prior to joining Capital Square, Nielsen was a senior portfolio manager and team leader at Cushman & Wakefield l Thalhimer for eight years, where he worked with institutional and private real estate companies. During his tenure, Nielsen oversaw a team of portfolio managers and managed a diverse portfolio over five million square feet. Nielsen holds a bachelor’s degree in business, majoring in real estate and urban land development, from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. He is designated as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) by the CCIM Institute, as well as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
