Ben Hirschland began their work experience in 2015 as an Analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Ben then joined Starwood Capital Group in 2017, continuing as an Analyst until 2019. In 2019, they joined Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, first as an Asset Manager, and then became Vice President, Asset Management in March 2020.

Ben Hirschland attended Milton High School but the exact start and end years are unknown. After high school, they enrolled in the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University. Ben obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance Management from Clemson University. In August 2015, Ben also obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 79 from the FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
