Ashikin Rahmat

Ashikin Rahmat is an experienced media professional and business development specialist. Currently serving as the host, news presenter, and executive producer for Capital Today at Capital TV since its launch in November 2013, Ashikin anchors live nightly news focusing on business headlines and stock analysis. Additionally, Ashikin is the Business Development Manager at Energyvest (M) Sdn Bhd, specializing in chemical flooding solutions. Previous experience includes roles as a Contract Management Specialist, Service Manager, and SAP Project Manager at Shell, along with serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at CIMB. Ashikin holds a Master of Laws in Business Law from the International Islamic University Malaysia, an ACCA qualification from BPP Professional Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes University.
