Luke Fedlam

Luke Fedlam is a Trustee at Capital University. Luke was previously the Director of Business Development at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company from November 2015 to June 2017. Prior to that, they were an attorney at Kegler Brown Hill & Ritter from May 2011 to November 2015, where they advised clients on the personal and professional challenges they face every day. From intellectual property and estate planning to foundations and contract analysis, Luke counseled athletes and entertainers on the issues that matter most to them. Luke also provided legal counsel to new and existing organizations with business formation and structuring issues, as well as contract drafting and negotiation.

Luke began their career as an Army National Guard Officer (Infantry/Air Defense Artillery) from February 2002 to December 2011. Luke then became the Regional Director at SEI Investments from July 2001 to March 2006. Most recently, they were a partner at The Legacy Group from April 2006 to August 2009.

Luke Fedlam earned their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wake Forest University. Luke then went on to earn their Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
