Lai Shin Tam

Lai Shin Tam has extensive work experience, starting in 2007 as a Senior Audit Associate at BDO Singapore LLP. Lai Shin then worked as a Financial Analyst at Jetstar Asia Airways from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they joined DFS Group Limited as a Senior Financial Analyst in 2011. In 2012, they began their tenure at Ascendas-Singbridge, where they held various roles including Senior Associate, Manager, and Senior Manager in the Finance department. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Head of Finance for Business Community Development at Ascendas-Singbridge. Since 2019, Lai Shin Tam has been working at CapitaLand, first as an AVP of Finance and currently as the Vice President of Finance.
