Pei Pei Chua

Pei Pei Chua serves as the Head of Human Resources at CapitaLand since December 2017, holding additional titles as VP and AVP in various human resources capacities within CapitaLand Development. Prior to this, Pei Pei Chua accumulated extensive experience at The Ascott Limited in online marketing roles, progressing from Manager to AVP from September 2006 to November 2017. Earlier in the career, Pei Pei Chua worked at the Singapore Tourism Board, where multiple managerial roles were held in leisure marketing, mega events, service quality, and tourism culture from July 2001 to September 2006. Pei Pei Chua earned a 2nd Upper Honours Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and completed GCE A Levels at Temasek Junior College, as well as GCE O Levels at Cedar Girls' Secondary School.
