Prashanth Y G is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contracts and procurement management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Contracts & Procurement at CapitaLand since March 2019, Prashanth has previously held senior managerial positions at Bagmane Developers Pvt. Ltd. and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., where responsibilities included independent management of contracts for large-scale residential projects. Prior to that, Prashanth worked as an Assistant General Manager at Prestige Group, overseeing contract closures across various residential and commercial developments. Prashanth holds a GDQS in Quantity Surveying from NICMAR University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from University Vishweshwaraya College of Engineering.
