Sebastian Ugarte

Sebastian Ugarte is an experienced professional in investment and business development, currently serving as the Head of Investment & Business Development at CapitaLand since August 2020. Prior to this role, Sebastian held the position of Director at Planum Partners from January 2017 to August 2020 and at Elanor Investors Group from September 2015 to December 2016. Sebastian has also served as Director of Global Real Estate at UBS and Head of Acquisitions at Centuria Capital Limited, further showcasing a strong background in real estate investment. Academically, Sebastian Ugarte holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a degree in Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
